| Okay, see here. I want to try my hand at fic writing, so if anyone has a prompt for me, I'd be happy to attempt it. Then I can love it, hate it, almost delete it, and finally nervously post it here for all to see. Thus is the cycle of my writing.
Thanks! | comments: 4 comments or Leave a comment |
| Oh my goodness. That man is so sexy. So....mmm. I'll show you:
Ooh. Damn. I could never get tired of looking at that picture. Yeah. | comments: Leave a comment |
| Oh. My. Gods.
If you love Ancient Rome, like I do, you have to read the Masters of Rome series by Colleen McCullough.
Brilliance! The characters are awesome. And it has little illustrations every so chapter so you can envision what the characters and some of the buildings look like.
All in all, very cool book. 931 pages, but still very cool. Makes me want to learn Latin and fulfills the ROME obsessy in me. | comments: Leave a comment |
| 1) "Body" by The Servant "Your skin is cellophane You know I feel the same Sometimes it feels like you don’t have a body"
Such a Riverish song. In my opinion, at least.
2) "Breath" by Breaking Benjamin "You take the breath right out of me. You left a hole where my heart should be. You’ve got to fight just to make it through, Cuz I will be the death of you.
3) "Cold" (But I'm Still Here) by Evans Blue "Hello, I'm your martyr, will you be my gangster can you feel my trigger hand, moving further down your back when you hide, hide inside that body but just remember that when I touch you the more you shake, the more you give away"
4) "Dance With the Devil" by Breaking Benjamin "Say goodbye As we dance with the devil tonight Don't you dare look at him in the eye As we dance with the devil tonight "
My definition of "Dancing with the Devil" is doing something you know you probably shouldn't be doing and will most likely be caught doing it. Need I say more?
5) "Evil Angel" by Breaking Benjamin "Put me to sleep evil angel, Open your wings evil angel, Oh, fly over me evil angel, Why can't I breathe evil angel?"
When I first heard this song, I thought of River standing over the Reaver bodies in the movie. So I got that feel for it.
6) "Haunted" by Evanescence "Long lost words whisper slowly to me Still can't find what keeps me here When all this time I've been so hollow inside I know you're still there"
7) "Lips of an Angel" by Hinder
"It's funny that you're calling me tonight And yes I've dreamt of you too And does he know you're talking to me Will it start a fight No I don't think she has a clue"
8) "Medicate" by Breaking Benjamin "Run away Make hate And get laid We get laid"
So utterly Jayne.
9) "My Immortal" by Evanescence "These wounds won't seem to heal This pain is just too real There's just too much that time cannot erase"
10) "Nymphetamine Fix" by Cradle of Filth ft. Liv Kristine "Bared on your tomb, I'm a prayer for your loneliness And would you ever soon come above unto me? For once upon a time from the binds of your lowliness I could always find the right spot for your sacred key" Just an overall beautiful song. I had to add it.
11) "Polyamorous" by Breaking Benjamin "They've come to get me again The cloud is over my head My polyamorus friend Got me in a mess of trouble again "
12) "Stricken" by Disturbed "You walk on like a woman in suffering Won't even bother now to tell me why You come alone, letting all of us savor the moment Leaving me broken another time"
13) "Take Me Under" by Three Days Grace "Push me under Pull me farther Take me all the way Take me all the way"
14) "Tearjerker" by KoRn "Well I wish there was someone Well I wish there was someone To love me "
15) "Topless" by Breaking Benjamin "I love your face just get away I'm on my knees F*ck you f*ck me"
This is just a really really really hottt song. Yeah.
16) "Wake Up" by Three Days Grace "Wake up I’m pounding on the door I’m not the man I was before Where the hell are you When I need you Wake up I’m pounding on the door I won’t hurt you anymore Where the hell are you When I need you"
17) "Weapon" by Matthew Good "Here by my side, you are destruction Here by my side, a new colour to paint the world Never turn your back on it Never turn your back on it, again Here by my side, it's Heaven"
18) "Who Wants to Live Forever" by Breaking Benjamin "Theres no time for us Theres no place for us What is this thing that builds our dreams yet slips away From us"
And that's my list. Sorry for the no-downloady thing, but I'm new and relatively dumb. Bear with me. | comments: 6 comments or Leave a comment |
| Okay, so I travelled down to Florida for Ernesto. My ma and I help out with repairs and preps and stuff. I have cousins down there.
Then, Ernesto ends up being nothing. Which was disappointing as all hell 'cuz I was expecting some big ol' storm and that'll let me spend more time away from home and with my cousins. But no.
I got on a plane, stayed for a day and a half, and left again. It's really good that my uncle pays for our tickets, otherwise we wouldn't make these trips every year. | comments: Leave a comment |

| Due to some brilliant idea of some guy that runs my school, we've been given Fridays off. Every Friday.
But that means there's no early release and every day is an hour longer. I think this is great. I don't care if I have one more hour of school as long as I get another day off.
It's awesome. I love it. The end. | comments: Leave a comment |
